can now enjoy the cooler temps, the amazing fall colors, and the chance
to hear the incredible sounds of the bull elk bugeling their challenge

Come on out to the Blue Sky Ranch and Saddle UP. Our goal is to provide you with a
unique riding opportunity. We value your business and will provide the
best service available. In order to do this we limit the number of
riders we take on the trails at any given time on the Ranch. We keep
each ride private so our attention can be towards you and your party.
This is one of Utah's best horseback riding locations and is located
just 20 minutes outside of Park City and about 35 minutes from Salt
Lake City.
Blue Sky Ranch is a unique opportunity, come and
explore the ranch, canyons, and trails. Our rides are not the normal
structured trail ride like most places. We will assess your riding
abilities, saddle up and go out and explore the ranch on any of the
many trails on the ranch. The ranch offers some great riding
opportunities from a top some great mountain bred horses. This
incredible country provides great trails, scenery, and chances of
seeing an abundance of wildlife. Look for deer, elk, and moose as you
make your way through mountain trails. Our wranglers will lead you
through some great horse country and teach you riding skills as you
make your way down the trail and over the ranch.

Some things to keep in mind when making a reservation for horseback riding:

Riders must be at least 8 years old to participate.

One rider per horse--absolutely no double riding.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

All rides begin with a 10-15 minute arena lesson to introduce guests to the horses.

There is no weight limit. However, each rider must be physically able to mount their horse unassisted.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled ride.

Early Morning Sunrise

Pony Express (approx 1 hr)

This ride is approx. one hour. This ride is suited for any level
rider. Come ride on the Blue Sky Ranch.You will enjoy scenic views,
overlook a beatiful mountainside and deep canyon and chances to see wildlife. Great ride to get in back in the saddle or to become acquainted with horseback riding.

Maverick Trail Ride (approx 2 hrs)

This is the most popular ride on the ranch. Ride through a variety of vegetation including Maples, Quakies, and Pine Trees as you wind
down the trail into a deep canyon with beautiful red cliffs and enjoy yourself, your horse, and wrangler as you ride along
on your trusty ranch horse. Great ride for those that are looking to
saddle up and enjoy a great horseback ride experience.

Mountain Man Cabin Ride

Come out and head up the trail and ride some incredible country with one of our
wranglers. Along the way stop at an old Mountain Man Cabin and enjoy
lunch. This ride last about 3 hours including lunch. For more info
